Average 3 - 4 months depending on usage and individual.

5. I am outside of Klang Valley and would like to enjoy the refill facility, how?

We are working on a refill packaging and soon you will be able to purchase a refill and continue to use the product. Stay tune on our page and social media sites.

7. Can I use other brand's deodorant container to refill Prana Natures's deodorant ?

It is highly recommended to use Prana Natures's deodorant container once you are done using it. Please ensure the container is properly clean before refill.

8. I noticed there is a stain on my clothing after putting on the deodorant. Why is this so ?

It is recommended to leave your armpits completely dry before putting clothing on. There is no anti perspirant ingredient being used in Prana Natures's deodorant as we encourage customers to sweat naturally without blocking the sweat pores. Hence it evaporates slower compared to the commercial ones in the market which may contain alcohol - evaporate/dry faster. Most antiperspirant blocks sweat and we on the other hand, encourage you to be naturally you.

9. I noticed a slight heat sensation on my armpits when trying on the deodorant in the beginning. Is this normal ?

Yes, it is completely normal to feel the heat as your body is transition from the commercial ones to a natural deodorant. You will noticed this sensation is no longer there as you continue to use it.
